Joining the Club

This joining form is for applications starting school in September 2026.

Please make sure you select the correct year group / age group. You can check using the link provided in our knowledgebase here.

Your message will be sent to the Age Group Manager who will respond to your email as soon as possible letting you know if a place is available in the age group or team.

Club Membership

If a place is available in the age group or team then you will be asked to signup on the Club Membership Website as a Parent / Guardian / Club Official.

If place is NOT available then you will be added to the Age Group Manager's waiting list.

You will receive a copy of your message sent for your records.
